I was wondering if anyone had any information about traveling in Georgia during November. I can't seem to find much information about how much snow, whether or not buses and trains will be running etc. Anything would be helpful!

Almost all public transport in Georgia runs year-round. November isn't a great time to travel in Georgia, as it rains all the time, and even when it isn't raining it's generally chilly and cloudy. In a normal year, the higher elevations should be getting their first snow, which can temporarily close the road to Kazbegi or Svaneti. However, the only places that you actually won't be able to get to are remote destinations like Tusheti, where the roads are unpaved (or only partially paved) and a four-wheel-drive vehicle is usually needed even in summer. Snow is uncommon at lower elevations (which includes all the major population centers) at any time of the year.

Agree, November is not the best time. Most places you can visit though without any problems. Vardzia, Davit Gareja in particular are places I would visit rather in late fall than in the summer. The real problem though will be security. Elections will be in early October, and it is likely that the situation will explode afterwards.
