I'd like to go to Georgia for one week at the end of April 2014 and do some trekking and see some of Tbilisi, Kazbegi etc. do you know a good reliable tour operator where I would travel with other foreigners. I have no Russian orGeorgian. Is this a big factor solo travelling?

Hi,

It's easy to travel by yourself in Georgia even if you don't speak Russian or Georgian but with ten days try to have a realistic program.
A travel agency is not an obligation.

You'll get by, no problem, But, you'll miss quite a bit along the way not being able to communicate. Part of the charm of Georgia are encounters with the locals, supras, and the incredible hospitality.
