Hi all,

I am a graduate student and I will be spending July in Prague for a study opportunity. I may be dreaming, but I'm looking for a short-term lease on an apartment that's very affordably priced. I don't mind living a bit outside of the city center, because I love using public transportation in new cities.

Please let me know if you can think of anything! I've browsed through a lot of of hostel/pension/apartment websites and can't find anything of the sort I'm looking for.

Thanks so much!

You need to define this.

Have you written to any of the hostels to see if they will negotiate with you? Same with apartment rentals and rooms for rent? Sometimes you can pay less if you contract for a longer period of time.

Have you checked with universities regarding the use of dorms in the summer? What about study abroad programs that might not have summer classes?
