I am confused about what this service is. I know that one train goes from Prague to Ansbach daily, but there are two listing on the DB Bahn for this Autobusová St. Wilsonova-is this something which our Eurail Pass would cover?

Wilsonova is the street where there are buses leaving from ,it is actually the roof of the main train station in Prague( Hlavni).
I know for sure there are buses run by DB Bahn that go to Nuremburg, not sure about anywhere else, so it could actually be a bus service to Ansbach run by DB Bahn ,but don't quote me.
As to your Eurorail pass covering this I think you would have to ask the train company.
