I am a big fan of archaeology and history. I am heading to Czech Republic tomorrow, but without any guidebook :P I have managed to make a sort of a plan (mostly with the help of UNESCO Heritage list), but I would need your help for example about buses and trains, recommendations, tips, anything.

So here is my route (sorry for spelling mistakes :)):

Prague
Cesky Krumlov
Telc
Trebic
Brno
Olomouc
Stramberk (anybody knows how to visit Sipka Cave?)
Kutna Hora
Prague

I have 12 days for all this, so I am bit in a hurry. Which place I could visit just for some hours, and which plaes I should stay few days? Any help is appreciated!

The LP and other guides are available in shops throughout central Prague. For example the large bookstore halfway up Wenceslas Square, on the left. With a plan like yours, having a guide will certainly help.

Can't answer many for you.
We did Kutna Hora as a day trip from Prague, this was enough time, we didn't feel at all rushed.
Cesky Krumlov a full day (or two half days) and one night.
Prague - two or three days.

I am a big fan of archaeology and history...Trebic is a UNESCO site, but the town isn't very interesting for the average tourist (especially in winter), I would remove it from your itinerary unless you have a serious interest in Jewish history.

Sounds like a great trip and unusually for this type of query around here you've given yourself a decent amount of time to accomplish your journey...couple of points...

I would enter a slight quibble with the great Wildroo above as I spent a night in Trebic last year after visiting Telc during the day and was glad I did so...I would advise a similar day for you split betweeen Telc and Trebic as the attraction in Telc is the main square and adjacent Chateau and lakes which can be digested in a morning and wandering the Jewish area of Trebic and nearby cemetery is another side of Czech history worth looking into and there is also a good hostel in Trebic to stay in...

Kutna Hora is a popular day-trip from Prague but most visitors confine themselves to the Ossuary (Bone Church) without going the extra 2/3kms or so into the town and admiring the rest of its attractions, of which there are many...given the nature of your trip I think you'd enjoy staying over there for a night and seeing all there is to see...

Good luck with all...

spend at least 3 days in Prague. Really- most beautiful city in the world in my opinion. You won't regret that.
