We are 3 guys in our 20s going to Croatia for 12 days at the end of July. We are spending the first weekend in Zagreb, and then on Sunday plan to drive down to Dubrovnik to get there by Thursday. We then spend Thurs til Monday in Dubrovnik.
During the time going down the coast we would like to hike, maybe some adventure stuff and see some of the major sites. We are renting a car and are on a low-ish/medium budget. We are thinking of this rough plan:

I am trying to get from Zadar Airport to the Garden Festival in Tisno on Sunday 7th July, my Ryanair flight does not arrive until 4pm.
Unfortunately the Garden Festival coaches will not be running this route, and checking the local buses they appear to finish at about 3pm!
A taxi quote is coming in at about £75, which I can't afford on my own. Can anyone offer any other options? Travel shares? Good taxi companies I can get a better price and book in advance?
