Hello

I am needing some help.. I have been looking at how to get from Split, Croatia to Venice, Italy around 18 July 2014. I have never travelled this area before so am unsure. The flights are far too expensive but I can't seem to find a direct ferry. I don't want to be traveling for days and days if possible.

Can anyone suggest a ferry, bus or train route they have used that worked well?

Also has anyone used Blue Line ferries and chosen the Deck or Air Seat options and what are they like?

Thanks!

A direct flight (Volotea) is around 50 euros or so....deopending which day exactly, and when you book.

I'd do it like that, unless you have a lot of time.Otherwise....you could take a ferry to Ancona and train from there.Or you could take a bus to Trieste and train or bus from there.Maybe there is even a direct bus (something like 15 hours or so).

Hello

Thanks for the information. I can't seem to find a flight to Volotea.
I'm thinking I may just get the ferry from Split to Anacona and then a train from there to Venice at this point.

Thanks for your help!

Haha I mean there were no flights on the days I needed with Volotea airline. That would have been so handy though!
