How is the weather in November? Should we go then or wait until Spring?

Depends where you plan to go - by the sea it is around 10 C and in continental part even colder. Although there are sunny days, it might get very rainy, or even snow in inlands. September and May are best months to visit any part of Croatia - most sunny days and pleasant temperature.

first week of nov, with some luck, may still be near spring-like. end of nov is a sure disaster.
All in all spring much, MUCH better time to go.
