I am arriving fairly late to SPLIT (on easyJet from Geneva) and would like to get to MOSTAR as quickly as possible to be there for the morning.

Can I get Croatian money in the airport in SPLIT at a late hour (23:00)? Is it a fair exchange? If not, where could I get Croatian money at this time?
Where do the busses to MOSTAR leave from in SPLIT?
How would I get to that point from the airport in SPLIT?
Does anyone know the cost (one way) and schedule of such busses? Any internet site for details? Are credit cards accepted?
Can anyone recommend inexpensive lodging in the center of MOSTAR? Hopefully with an e-mail address to help make reservations.

ANY help to get me on the right track would be appreciated!

I have always taken the airport shuttle from the airport to the main bus station in Split. They were pretty regular.
