looking for a fast , cheap way to get from pula to Dubrovnik?

Take the direct bus to split (12h, for overnight: book a day in advance), and from there the bus to dubrovnik (probably not the fasted, but the cheapest option).

the fastest is the plane..
don't think it's cheap though, depends on the dates!Flying inside Croatia

You can take an early morning flight to Zadar (half an hour, from 300 to 400kn depending on the day/month of the travel), then switch to bus (about seven hours); or take catamaran from Pu to Zd (under 5 hrs, around 100kn), then switch to bus.
