Hi all, I will be travelling to Croatia in June and I would like to spend a couple of days in Kornati islands, maybe leaving from Dugi otok island which is very close and looks interesting to visit as well. I would like to know whether it is possible to rent a small boat (I have no license) and spending one night on one island to come back the next day. The archipelago is not that big hence, a 5HO boat would probably enough unless there were fishermen on the islands who can pick me up somewhere and host me in their house.
As yo can see things are not defined yet but the important thing is to spend a couple of days with my girlfriend without tons of tourist on big cruises around us.

We rented a very simple boat directly from the boat owner in the harbour in Sali (Dugi Otok).
Price was OK. Sailing around the Kornati's are beautiful. Part of it is national park so better check if its OK to camp on the islands. Happy travels :-)

I'll think you will be able to work things out when you are there. Especially in june there should be no problem finding available boats etc.

we are four guys from Italy and we are goin to have a trip to Kornat Islands on August.
We would like to have some info from you ( we saw that you went there on June ) especially we were wondering how to reach the islands.
Did you rent a boat ? How much did you pay ?
