Dubrovnik to Skopje bus

I hope someone can help me and forgive me for being a bit stupid!

According to the libertas website for Dubrovnik bus station, a bus leaves for Skopje at 18.30 every odd date. Does this literally mean 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 etc etc of every month or am I missing something? The idea of 3 buses one week and four the next seems a bit odd.

The Skopje bus station website states that a bus arrives at 8am, which makes sense I guess, but it is not so specific with days.

use brains: this 1 bus shuttles to and from-a system that also often applies in the Rossye with its trains. Maybe its daily in main summe season. Take any quoted arr. with large grains of salt. For them its not odd at all.
