Hello there!
Has anyone gone on a good cruise up/down the Croatian coast? I've looked at the motor/sailboat itineraries on Adriatica.net and am interested -- but am can't seem to find any reviews. My boyfriend and I would love to go on a week long cruise (certainly doesn't need to be luxury!) but we're on a very limited budget (around 1500$ for both of us)
Advice?

I went on a week long cruise on a vintage yacht with Katarina Line (www.katarina-line.hr) departing and finishing in Dubrovnik back at the beginning of June. I thought it was a great cruise. There are several different cruises with different itineraries although I think all of them stop at the two main islands Hvar and Korcula. The website should have reasonably detailed outlines of the itineraries.
Breakfast and lunch each day is normally included. The food on the cruise I went on was excellent - obviously it MAY depend on how lucky you are with the chef. Assuming your $1,500 budget is USD you should be able to come pretty close for two of you if you book directly with Katarina-Line depending on when you are planning on going (August you might need to go for Category B accomodation). Everyone on the cruise I was on, including me loved it. I stayed in Category A accomodation and it was reasonable considering the price and size of the yachts (it was actually better than I had expected) - you definitely won't get luxury for a cruise at $1,500 for two people.
Most of the yachts have maximum capacity of 20-25 people so you're not in a huge group of people as well which was good.

I just booked for this Saturday with http://www.sail-croatia.com</a> so I can't comment on the quality yet but the price isn't too bad. It is abut 675 US for a cheap bed on the shared facilities boat, but remember you have to pay for dinner and souvenirs at the ports so budget that in as well.

#2 looking at the timetables and other aspects of the website I think Sail Croatia maybe a UK travel agent repackaging Katarina Line cruises. If it is the OP would be better off going direct to Katarina Line as prices are significantly lower (590 Euro on KL for a cruise that is 465 pounds on SC).
