Croatia in March

Hello, my father and I will be spending 5 days in Kotor, Montenegro at the end of march. Then we will be driving to Varazdin and Zagreb for 4 days prior to flying home. We've got 3 days in between Kotor and Zagreb and I havn't decided where to go. I've been to Split and Dubrovnik before and am looking for somewhere I havn't been yet. My first thought is to spend a night in Orebic, taking the passanger ferry to Korcula for the day and one night in Trogir before going north. I have read numerous posts stating that Trogir is completely dead this time of year and is not a good choice. I am also considering skipping Trogir and going to Zadar or perhaps Mostar instead. I'm not too concerned about night life, I just want a place where we can get a good meal and have a few beers, while taking in the sights. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
