croatia honeymoon island hopping

I'm thinking of the same trip, also for our honey moon.

But we won't be able to take off before mid Sept. or even Oct.

Is this too late for croatia and to be able to swim etc.?

What price do you have to expect for a boat incl. skipper and all costs, per week?
