RyanAir also fly from Trieste, Italy-Stansted, Trieste is right on the border and a couple hrs from Ljubliana. I'm flying this in a couple wks for 30 euro.

Or I sometimes use a website called minubo or something like this for the cheapest flights across the europe.. or as said above, check the ryanair website for the cheapest deals..
