Can anyone recommend a reputable center to take the PADI Open Water on the Yucatan Peninsula? Never dived before or been to the area. All advise greatfully received

I do have a problem with giddiness and stability problem after coming back from my Open Water Padi course two weeks ago. I do have a slight flu which i recover after two days but the giddiness does not seem to go away. This is the first time I experience diving and snorkelling. I don't have this problem before and up to now I still dont feel normal. At times, I still feel like I'm floating around. Wonder whether is it the Padi course that I went thru. I'm hoping to go diving with a friend on the Rainbow Reef in Fiji. We are both PADI OW, fairly new divers (I have 20 dives, she's done 12). We've dived in Fiji before, in the Yasawas. I'm pretty confident, and a strong swimmer, but my friend is a slightly nervous diver, and has been put off by a couple of hard dives in the Poor Knights.

I am planning a "budget trip" to Palau on my own, thus needing briefing and a good guide when diving in strong currents. Sam´s was recommended, but Peleliu dive shops are much closer to the best dive sites.
Could anyone advise on them? I cannot find much information about Maml divers and a few mixed reports about Peleliu Divers.
All advice will be appreciated.

Do the staff of Palau dive shops carry gear and tanks on the boats?

My friend and I are planning a trip to Brazil this upcoming dec--jan, where we'll be going From Salvador (where his family lives) south to Rio. Both of us love to Scuba dive and so I was wondering if anyone had suggestions of where to dive, quality, etc..
would love to hear about others' experiences diving in Brazil!

We want to travel in indonesia this year and would love to see some dugongs. We werre in the Solomon Islands last year but we missed them. Any suggestions?

I got my NAUI certification about 10 years ago and have only done about 12-15 dives since then, the last ones about 2 years ago. I'm travelling to Bali (and then Thailand) in mid-October and would like to do some diving, but I'm a bit apprehensive since it's been so long and I fear I've forgotten quite a bit. I will review my manual before I go, but I'm wondering if anyone knows if there is such a thing as a "refresher course" at a dive shop in Bali that would be recommended. I realize…

My first snorkelling experience left the bitter taste of sea water in my mouth;) No, neither my snorkel nor my mask got flooded. The water got in my mouth beside the snorkel. Not sure what I did wrong, thought I was biting on the snorkel strong enough. Also, my reaction was obviously wrong (I took the snorkel out, started suffocating so took my mask off - guess, I should have just put the bitter tasting snorkel back in my mouth?). I ended up swimming back to the shore with the mask and snorkel…

Just curious... once a week, once a month, once a year, or what?

And where do you do most of your diving?

I'll be going to Indonesia very soon for lots of diving. As I just found out there isn't a underwater housing for my model camera (Panasonic Lumix FX50) so I'm very bummed about that. I'm considering buying a new camera which has underwater housing directly available
OR the other thing could be.........renting one at all the places I go to.

BUT

I'm not sure if that's possible all over Indonesia. Will be going to Sulawesi (Pulau Bunaken, Togean Islands), Maluku and Banda Islands, Lombok…
