where to go diving end of march/early april?

Help I need advice on where to go diving end of march/early april. Thought of some destinations but can't make up my mind. Is Bali ok for diving in this period? Read that it is still rainy season. We only have 12 days so don't want to travel that much. Just go to 1 or 2 relaxing lowkey beach resorts. Also thought of Bonaire, Curacao and Mexico.
