Rescue and Dive master in Africa

I'm considering heading to Africa in a couple months and would like to hear some recommendations for places to get my Dive master. I think I'd like to stick to the east side but I'm open to anything. Mozambique? Kenya? Egypt? What do you think? I'm a bit hesitant with Egypt due to the political situation.

Don't worry about the political situation. I just came from Egypt and Cairo is fine, and Sharm and Dahab are as safe as ever.

However I'm in South Africa now so what do people think about dive locations down here? How is the rainy season in Mozambique?
