PAnama info

So, I think I have it narrowed down and Panama sits at the top of the list. I have only a short time to get away and really need to dive. Any info out there regarding Panama and its dive spots would really be appreciated.

1) location
2) best means to get to those towns
anything else would be greatly appreciated as well.
