Off to Egypt

Are there any shops which offer all in dive prices, or is i the norm to rent equipment by the item also?

Best diving: from Sharm or a liveaboard tour to the Southern divesites.
Northern area also worth looking in to: El Gouna, much more relaxing than other Egyptian places (with exception of Dahab) and has a nice town center.

no 3 is right. You could catch a bus down to Marsa Alam from Hurgada. It is quite easy.
Hurgada is absolutely terrible. Given the choices I'd go from Sharm (and get out of there
and go to Dahab :)

Thing is its a all in type holiday, cheaper than the flights alone and someone else is paying so its GOTTA BE 1,2 or 3.

Hi, I live in Sharm and work as an instructor and I can recommend it, I would not go to Hurghada but Taba is also nice if you want somewhere quiet with easy dives. There is something for everyone in Sharm, but on the down-side you will see a lot of divers on the sites wherever you dive.
Good luck and please ask if you would like more info on Sharm or other areas as I have dived most places in Egypt.

Haven't been to Taba, but out of Sharm and Hurghada I'd definitely pick Sharm. Better diving and the town has more of a centre so you can walk around at night, whereas Hurghada is just a very long strip of hotels spread out along a road.

Any shop would do you a deal for multiple dives and equipment rental. This is Egpyt - anything is negotiable!
