I may end up taking my PADI open water diving course in Illes Medes. What's the best (safety-minded) diving school there?
Alternatively, what school to avoid?;) any good or bad experiences?

Hi,
The Illes Medes are a Natural Park and not inhabited, you should try in L´Estartit o L´Escala (maybe Begur), there is about half a dozen of them, and ask if they have permission to dive there

La Sirena in Estartit has always been our favourite - chatty friendly staff and flexible boat times. We must have been out with them 4/5 times now - Medas Islands offer great med diving.
