i'm keen to dive with mantas on ticao island, but...

i would like to dive ticao, with the manta rays. but the accomodation on the island is very expensive, when i travel alone. the only place i can come up with is Altinel Ticao Lodge. their number is listed on the net as +639263705265 , but i get no response from them. does anyone know how i can get in touch with them? or perhaps the feasability of staying in bulan, and communting? it will take time, but must save money, right? i will only do it for 2 or 3 days, after all...

where would i stay, and how to contact them?
