Grand Turk vs Bahamas Out Islands - diving

We are fairly beginner divers, but have been to the Belize and LOVED it. We are looking at either Grand Turk or Andros in the Bahamas. Any opinions as to which is better, or a different island? We liked wall diving, but not too deep, and don't require much besides nice beaches and water. The less touristy the better.
