do you wantto dive Surin and or Richelieu Thailand Feb 27 28 Thailand

I am trying to get a group together to travel from Bangkok to Koh Payham to dive Feb 27 and 28th . The plan is to leave Bkk early Friday Feb 26th return March 1st. If enough people are interested we could share the costs of a minivan or seven seat taxi. Let me know if you are intersted and for more detailed information. (I have dived both sights before) These dates may be able to be flexed a day or so.
