diving course in the red sea

Hi, I'd like to take a diving course in the red sea , marsa alam this coming april. I'm absolute beginnner. ANy suggestion on a good diving center + accomodation? any comments on the red sea diving safari? courses, accomodation, cleaness, food....
Is it very windy in that period? Thank you very much
