Dive Shops in La Paz, Baja Mexico

Greetings,

Can anyone recommend a good dive shop in La Paz? I've asked several hotels for their recommendations and all were reluctant to provide any names. I find that very strange and unsettling so if someone has had a good experience with a shop, please let me know.

We dived with Club Cantamar (?) who were fine. They are out of la Paz about 20 mins so if you stay there as well, there's no night life although they are nearer the dive sites. We stayed in La Paz where there is plenty of night life - at the Hotel Maria la Luz or something like that.

I have also dived with Club Cantamar - I think they have another name they operate out of there though I could be wrong. Decent sized boats, it was off-season I think so could ge crowded at other times. I stayed in town and got picked up by their minibus each morning. Their hotel is fairly pricy (I was on a fairly strict budget).
