CUBA - best itinerary

Hi! im planning to go with a friend for 10 days to Cuba, and im not sure which would be the best itenerary. we are interested not to stay for long in luxurous resorts but im very interested in diving though not the 10 days.... thanks!!

check out copa cabana in havanna. they have a dive shop on premisses.
if you're a US citizen travelling via jamaica is cheap and Cuba customs won't stamp your passport.
