Best diving in SE Asia??

Please rate these sites - and feel very welcome to add more that I haven't heard of. I have the opportunity to spend a lot of time in the Philippines and may also be able to get to Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand.

If you have time, also please add bottom time highlights or hidden jewels and Top Side favorite attractions.

Just visited Malapascua before this Chinese New Year.
It was awesome.
Very nice island with nice people, fantastic in the water (with the sharks and corals)

Lembeh strait / Indonesia (look it up on youtube to get an impression)
I completed my list of must-see fish there... never seen so many odd critters in one dive.
