Cool, the book that won the Nobel Prize, right? Is it good?

do you refer to #29 orang? if so not sure if it was for this one or another or all his work, the book is amazing so far.. but I am reading it quite slowly since have another one to finish in between..taking me long though.
Istanbul is excellent so far.

Books don't win Nobel Prizes, people do.
Books win Pulitzers, Booker Prizes, and National Book Awards though.
The Winner is Lonely (O vencedor está só) - Paulo Coelho.
The English title is my own translation from Polish so I can't be sure whether it's right.
Anyone reads Coelho? I keep reading his books more as a habit since I liked his earlier novels. The few recent ones seem to be not better than average literature, and it feels like the popular author is running out of ideas.
Any thoughts?

I read "Istanbul" a year ago.
Pamuk's writing style is very personal, and so is "Istanbul". It's a book about the great city that he grew up and lives in, and about the changes it went through during the last 50 years. An interesting historical record seen from one's personal perspective.

'Glue, by Irvine Welsh.
Hadn't realized how interconnected it was with Trainspotting and especially Porno.
gotta love more Juice Terry Lawson. spice ay life...'
Griswold!! Glue is the first Irvine Welsh book I read. A couple of months ago, I went to the only book reading he did for his new book. At Foyles.
