I've been trading cd's on lala.com for a few months. Basically, you list cd's that you're looking to get rid of - and cd's that you are looking for. It works similar to bookins or other paper back traders. In a few months, I've gotten rid of 25 or so cd's (mainly 90's indie rock, punk stuff) and have picked up nearly 20 cd's (mainly some African stuff) that I've been looking for. The list matches want list and have lists, you are just prompted to send discs (in a provided package) if you so wish - the cost ends up being $1.75 for cd's that you receive.

I figure that a handful of you are music geeks too - with varied collections - so maybe you'd be interested.
