Travelogue Recommendations for Eastern Europe

I just finished reading Paul Theroux's "Ghost Train to the Eastern Star". I absolutely loved it, and am now looking for another similar book, but something on Eastern Europe. Can you provide any suggestions on great travel books based in Eastern Europe? Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Try Stalins Nose 20 years old now but still very enjoyable and worthwhile

If you're interested in the former USSR, at the time when it was dissolved, Kapuscinski's "Imperium" is a little masterpiece.
