I've just finished reading it. One of the most refined and exquisite piece of writing I've ever read. Mysterious and loaded with erotism, in a suggested way. The end is wonderful.

I wonder how his other books are. If you've read them, please share.
I bet A. Baricco is hot, hot, hot.

It's my favorite by Baricco and one of my favorite books full stop. Also loved Novecento, and Oceano Mare was quite interesting but I didn't care for it quite as much.
