3 volumes in 1? No wonder the German translation is so thick. OK, correction, the German one which is already out has only 2 parts out of the trilogy.

if you have read the book, you would understand what was going on; otherwise, you would be lost and felt the movie was abrupt. i was a little disappointed that storm trooper did not get much time. but overall it was a good movie and the director stayed faithful to the book.

loved the book, was surprised by the choice of director.

Why? Due to the language barrier? Or he is not Hollywood enough?
