Entre les murs (aka The Class) was very good.

Seems so realistic, kinda remind me of The Wire.

The last thing i SAW (didn't bother with the soundtrack) on a flight was some incredibly stupid hollywood all-american stupidity about a Manhattan girl who works in fashion industry & is a shopaholic. cant remember the name of it.

confession of a shopaholic? the title is tupid enough to turn me off....

Gomorrah: Italian/Naples subtitled mafia flick. It was good even though it didn't have much of a discernable plot. Lots of violence.

Two Lovers: dreadful, just awful. Joaquin Phoenix should quit the game based on this non-effort.

Terminator Salvation: OK, more of the same. Decent special effects and no real ending or resolution so the franchise lives on, barely.

I Served the King of England: DVD, in Czech with subtitles: billed as erotic and funny, it was mostly neither.

Sugar has a unique and honest premise.

I am done. The end.

I really like it when some posters need to underline the fact that some things they watch were subtitled. as though it mattered at all.

It matters to me, Ola. I would have a pretty hard time with a movie with dialogue in Italian that wasn't subtitled, for example. Although I saw the original Superman movie that way and could form an opinion of it (negative), just as chekov formed an opinion of his movie with the sound off.

Watching subtitled movies makes you superior and more intellectual, Ola, didn't you KNOW ?
