Another question ... what is more commonly used in Tonga - local currency or Kiwi dollars, or a mixture of both?
Is one preferred over the other?

We are due to fly Air New Zealand from London to LAX then onto Rarotonga with Air New Zealand but have been told they are no longer flying from LAX to Raro does anyone know if this is now a codeshare and who with and does it now require a change of terminal? thanks

I was after some advice. I'm looking at a one week stopover (due to once a week flight) on Christmas Island in November as I'm about to book a ticket on Air Pacific from OZ to the US. I notice that the accommodation options are expensive. I'm more the homestay type. I will be back in Raro next month for a family reunion - I haven't been back for over 4 years
and was wondering if there is now somewhere that can transfer photos from memory card
to CD.
If not I'll have to find a jumbo memory card since there's so much to photograph!
Also what is the approx cost for this service?
