you could have knocked me over with a copy of the post courier newspaper.....it may be only for aussie tourists as part of the new visa arrangements between the 2 countrys?but amazing news....when the immigration guy refused my 100 kina note....and said "now no charge"!please pass through........incredible.
i think you would probably still have to pay if you apply at overseas consuls before you arrive?
this is fresh news as of this week.......so happier travels and better budgets to all.
