There are at least two other Lord Howes in the South Pacific, both in Solomon Islands. One is in Temotu Province, a small island off Santa Cruz. The other is an archipelago, with a distinctive Polynesian population, at the far north of the country.
I have been fortunate to visit both the Australian one and the archipelago in the far north of the Solomons. Both are definitely worth visiting, but the Australian one is far easier to get to.

Ask me about the Island Builders of the Pacific.
