This is in Wewak and I don't believe it is mentioned in the LP book. The Warihe guesthouse sits on top of the Wewak Headland and is close to the downtown market and the yacht club. I just returned from there and it was 50 Kina per night per person. The rooms are adequate, there's a kitchen (sometimes staff will even wash your plates) and the grounds are nice. The staff is pleasant and the owner - a PNG native - is interesting to talk to. Our guide took us to what we believe were all the budget options in town (3) and this was easily the best on all counts.
