I'm in Australia and I'm planning to spend a week in a beautiful place on the seaside. I was thinking to go either to Fiji or Cook Islands. What do you suggest??? I'm flying next week and I'm in honeymoon.
Could you kindly also suggest me some very nice resorts in those places?

The Outrigger in Fiji is amazing, really relaxing and romantic :-) But there's many places in Fiji you can stay, just depends exactly what you are after!
If you're on your honeymoon and want a beautiful quite beach, then The Pearl (Pacific Harbour) is the place for you. Its the best beach along the Coral coast (No Coral) The Uprising Resort is also along the same beach.
It is tough to recommend not knowing your budget - but 2 of my favourite resorts for honeymooners are Tokoriki and Likuliku. Likuliku even has overwater bungalows which are gorgeous! Below is a link to a video I made walking through one of their Overwater Bunglaows:

I woudl stay first at Tokoriki and then move to Likuliku for the end of your stay - would be an incredible honeymoon!!
