Hi all i am planning to go australia next year about june time, i know winter at that time.
I just want to get any advice from people who been or are traveling at the moment, which area is best place to do farming or fruit harvest season for 2nd year visa. the two location i been looking to go to first is south australia or queensland anywhere in that region.

So, i am a UK British citizen and have just completed the initial steps for a 417 visa, including paying the fee to Australian immigration.

My partner and I will be flying into Cairns on 3 August, where we will stay for 3 nights before picking up our camper van. We have hired the camper from 6 August - 6 September, where we will be dropping it off in Sydney, hopefully giving us enough time to explore the East Coast which we have heard wonderful things about.

We are going to travel for a month with a camper van. We fly into Christchurch and out of Auckland. We are looking for a budget priced self-contained campervan for 2 adults. Older model is fine as long as the company has a track record for reliability. We have done a lot of tent camping including wilderness backpacking so fancy is not in our vocabulary. Except we want one that you can stand up in! My husband is 6'2" and I am 5'10". Thanks!

i had a flight booked with tiger airways from Sydney to Airle Beach, but they have re-scheduled and no longer fly on Mondays :( i have been looking into flights to Hamilton island so we don't have to change our days around, but wanted to know what ferry time to get. our flight will get into Hamilton island airport at about 11.30. i can see the scheduled for ferry's is every hour but dont want to get a ferry too early or end up hanging around with all our luggage.
