A one of visit from the UK to Australia for 2 sisters, one a diver for the month of September. Itinary: Arrive Perth - in area for 1 week, fly Alice Springs/Ayers Rock 3 days - fly on to Cairns 3 days then 3 days liveaboard (diving) - fly to Sydney 3 days - finally to Melbourne for about a week - depart from Melbourne. I saw a dead baby red belly snake in my back yard this morning. The ants are over it. It's still the breeding season. They've been known to come & go by neighbours but I never got that close to one. Don't know if council is aware...? Do red bellies hatch fr eggs?

I'm in desperate need of some help here - I'm going to Lake Tekapo for a wedding in April and don't know what to wear! I will be travelling for a couple of weeks through Japan & NZ before I go, so it needs to be something that doesn't crease to much and I can just shove in my backpack. My main query is - what will the weather be like?!

Does anyone know when the quota for the New Zealand Working Holiday Visas for Canadian Citizens usually runs out? They start issuing 2,000 on January 1st of each year.

First and foremost, my sincere apology if anyone find this offensive.
I find Brizzy men not as exposed as the Melbourners. They seem to be easily intimidated, not able to strike a conversation with you (me) easily, thereby you have to make the first move (and then they get even more intimidated....) and would not take it for the next level for whatever reason I dont know.
