work visa for new zealand

Country forums / Australia, New Zealand & Antarctica / New Zealand

I am looking to go to nz at the end of year I turn 35 in july and would like to apply for the IEP exchange visa.Is there anyway of booking it for £189 or do you have to pay the 339 on top.Which to me seems over the top for advice on jobs a sim card and a few other things I could do myself.

Many thanks

Pay it.

It's a money making venture for Bunac.

Pay it or don't work in NZ.

1

If you don't pay what they ask. You have no chance of working legally in NZ as an over 31.

2

Might be a money making venture for BUNAC but so are costs for other visas eg WHVs etc.

Oh, And there are other options to work in NZ for the OP if he wants to pursue them.

Sponsored or not?

I am sure a lot will ask now that's it out.

4

You shouldnt be concerned if they do.

5

Noted.

I will now shut up on all points and questions about NZ on here.

Sadly, as the only place to get that visa, they can charge you whatever admin fee they like, and force you to buy whatever top-up services they want as part of the package, unless you can persuade your specific salesperson there to give you a discount for not using some of the package...but there's no other place to get that visa.
