Air Asia from Gold Coast definitely cheapest. Fare depends when you fly and how far ahead you book.
Visa requirements depend on what passport a traveller is using. A lot of countries don't need visas for stays of up to 90 days. No Arrival Cards now when entering Malaysia. Finger prints taken.
