I actually have found cheap airfare on bestflights....
but i usually print the page off and go to the local travel agent as they tend to match it.

I only book simple domestic flights online.

#5... I did this too with Bestflights, and took their quote to Flightcentre who beat it. Bestflights are based in Perth for Aus customers. Much easier to deal with a local travel agent especially if they can beat Bestflights price.
