my UK passport has now ran out & im situated in Australia.
Just wondering how i go about applying for a new one & how much.
Flying to NZ in June so how long will it take?

Contact the nearest UK High Comm.
You can contact your nearest Consulate first to ask. They might not take passport applications, but would most likely have info & forms to fill out.
Then you might have to send app & money order to either Canberra or Sydney.
www.yellowpages.com.au or www.whitepages.com.au to find out contact details.
I would say, it could take a while, and won't be cheap.
UK citizens not going to work in NZ will not need a visa anyway. You can stay there 6 months, visa free so long as you don't work. An aside if I may be so bold.
