Cockle Creek is NOT the southernmost ppace in Tasmania-

South Cape Bay- several miles south of Cockle Bay- gives views of the southernmost point of mainland Tasmania!

Never try to whistle with a mouth full of custard.

But you can't DRIVE past there, ergo , making it the 'most southerly'. (That was a joke)
The OP was based on an erroneous premise contained in an idiotic website, adding to the forward momentum of a continuous TT Oz Branch joke about Cockle Creek.

Is that literal enough now?
