Hi, I will be in Sydney from 13th May to 20th May.
I was wondering of suggestions for a good B&B, near a lively part of town, which is cheap and good!?
And suggestions for what to while there - is it at all possible to go White Shark spotting or is that a stupid question?
Any thoughts much appreciated.
Thanks

Haven't stayed at either but I've heard about Verona in Glebe and Simpsons in Potts Point - my guess is that the Verona will be cheaper.
I have friends who've done great white spottong off the coast of South Australia - eg this kind of thing but I doubt you can do it in Sydney. Someone else may know more......
If you scroll down this <a target=new class=ftalternatingbarlinklarge href="http://www.hoteltravel.com/australia/sydney/guides/activities_sports.htm">Sydney Activities</a> webpage, there is swimming with sharks at OceanWorld. Might be the closest you will get.

We needed an overnight stay in Sydney last year for birthday celebrations held in Newtown - and found a great B&B at Ardmore House, Albermarle Street, Newtown.. The breakfasts are amazing!
It's a gorgeous old terrace, five steps across the lane to the Pub, and the hosts Declan and Peter are a treasure of local knowledge and helpfullness.
It's actually been voted as Sydney's Top B&B on TripAdvisor - but a caution, the greeting will include the dog Tess, so if you're not comfortable around dogs, or allergic, then steer clear.
