My view, you have been scammed and no doubt this was her plan you just made it easier by returning to the UK before heading to Australia. Two things I would consider doing

a) contact your local police for advice
b) write to her either yourself or get a lawyer to write on your behalf threatening legal action if the money and goods are not returned.

Though in saying that, unfortunately I do think you can say goodbye to your money and items and take it is a hard lesson to learn.

I would disagree with your advice. The UK coppers are going to say: "Now this place Denpesar, whereabouts in Surrey is that?" and the lawyer's letter will cost as much as the lost goods and achieve zero IMO, as would the personal letter.

Worst is that once she gets to Aust, she disappears off the radar and is only caught when and if Immi are at the right place and right time to nab her after she is deemed an Unlawful Non Citizen, ie, has overstayed her Aust visa.
And if you (OP) has gone guarantor, its your name that could be on a pinger down the track.

Waiting for her visa to be approved I stayed with her and her family in Indonesia for 5 months. They were very nice to me and treated me like family.

I would say that your money paid for a lovely 5-month visit in Indonesia, with 'benefits'. Can you find a way to convince yourself of that, and move on?

If not, and you hope for revenge, then you need to get moving quickly and stop moaning about your life on a travel forum. You have a lot of work ahead of you.

  • Theft that occurs in Indonesia is a matter for the police department in the relevant province. No one else will care about it. Find the contact details for that police agency, and lodge a complaint by way of a detailed but clearly-written account of what occurred. Do not ramble, as you have done here. Take care to express the issues in clear, concise, and logical paragraphs, and take into account the fact that the reader does not have English as a first language. Ask someone else to read through your statement and to fix or delete any vague or rambling statements. Include in this complaint copies of all correspondence between the two of you and any other family members, including emails and Facebook messages, and screenshots of Facebook posts and other relevant online content. You will need evidence of the nature of your relationship, the period it existed, the expectations that you both shared, and what was said at the time of the breakup. Include links to all Facebook posts, and the link to the blog in which she makes you 'look like a dick'. (What does this mean, exactly? Does she say that you acted badly or in some criminal manner?)

  • To support your accusations, complete a UK statutory declaration that similarly sets out the sequence of events and your allegations against this woman. This will cost you little. Submit that to the police in Indonesia with your complaint to make it clear that you are not being frivolous.

  • Once you have done all the above, take copies of both sets of documents to the Indonesian consulate. Include copies of correspondence with the Indonesian police agency. I doubt that the consulate will offer to act on your behalf or will offer any advice apart from 'tell the police', but make a record of whatever discussion occurs at the embassy.

Now, the steps above are simply the preliminaries.

Anyway I need advice on if it is possible to report and revoke her Australian Holiday Visa because when I went with her to have the working visa interview in Jakarta, she said to them the origin of the money was solely herself and her family. I’m not included what’s so ever which means she lied during the interview.

This is a problem because you also lied, by sitting in the room when the woman made this claim and not contradicting her. In addition, the fact that you lent her money to help with the lie means that you conspired with her to deceive the consular officials. If you take the next step you have to accept that there could be ramifications for you, as well. This could mean that you are barred from visiting Australia.

Visa applicants are subject to the 'character requirement'.

The character test

You will not pass the character test if:

  • your past and present criminal or general conduct shows that you are not of good character

See:

You may wish to report this woman (and thereby yourself) as having failed the character test. You should bundle up all the documents that you have acquired from the steps outlined above, and attach them to an email that has a brief and clearly-written summary of the situation. By including information about your contact with the Indonesian authorities you are showing that you are taking steps to report the theft to the appropriate authorities and that you do not expect the Australian agencies to do anything about that matter.

In your covering email you need to be concise, clear, and factual. Do not send something that could be interpreted as the work of a vengeful lunatic. You need to present yourself as someone who has inadvertently helped a person who fails the character test to get a visa to Australia, and who wishes to ensure that she does not get the opportunity to exploit Australian citizens. Again, ask someone to proofread and to critique your email before you send it.

Contact the Department of Home Affairs to 'report something suspicious':

Copy all your information directly to the Minister:

And move quickly, as mid-January is only a week away.

This sort of fleecing of western guys by Asian girls happens all the time. Not only the young and inexperienced by the older age group as well.
The foreigner is never rrght but the cause of any problem.

Normally these sort of things happen more often in Thailand than in Indonesia . According to a book about Thailand this is called 'skinning the gecko' . No reason not to believe this is true . Sorry this has happened.

Although its odd that Thomas hasn't come back. Its odd that its just said he met a girl in Asia without saying where. And that the girl would say that she gave the money to her mother sounds a bit strange and that she talks on social media about the goods she got. And if she has German nationality and is eligible for working holiday visa why does she need to show 4100 pounds ? Do you have to show that much to get that visa ?

Read the conditions of a WHV. Nothing strange about the girl giving money to her mother. That's what they do. And nothing odd about talking on social media about her spoils, that's also what they do.

But do the conditions for WHV say they have to show that much money ? rather than me having to read it can't you just tell me ? Nothing strange about girl giving money to her mother but its strange she would admit this to the person she has stolen from. Talking on social media about goods she has stolen , is that really what they do ? It could all be true but just playing devils advocate because sometimes trick posts are made to pull everyone's leg although not like this usually.
