As for it being rascist as implied by the last poster, NZ sees plenty of Asian tourists so for any bus driver, it wouldnt be uncommon.
Are you saying here that racism is the norm for NZ Bus Drivers??? If you are, I would respectfully disagree.My Dad (Amongst many other things) used to drive for Murphy's. Most of his work-mates were Maori or Pacific Islanders and none struck me as being in the least bit racist.

Thanks for advises. I am a traveller with 35 years experiments ,I know any incidents would happen ! "RACISM" isn't my point and what I felt!!! All companies have employees who are not suitable in his place!!!
There are TWO mistakes they offended 1 Didn't inform the passengers of time change. 2 The driver DID NOT follow the SOP and very impolite !!! What SHOCK ME is : THE NAKEDBUS company IGNORE MY COMPLAINT!!! This situation won't happen in any developed countries so far as I know from my own experince.
Still didn't cover from this trauma ,now I give up to claim my fairness ! All I want just a sincere , humble apologize !!!
